6/7
Today started with a trip to the supermarket! It doubled as our French class for the day as well. Our assignment: Find 10 things that aren't found in American supermarkets, and 10 things that are and note the differences.

I liked their collection of mugs for sale.
LOVE.
I actually have a song on my ipod by Mozart l'Opera Rock.
As usual, most of what we buy are sweets...
Our massive cart of groceries...
Our FEAST of a lunch.
The guy who owns the house we're staying in is Irish, and as we gather travels a lot, so we often find foreign coins lying around. I saw this out of the corner of my eye and thought it was Shakespeare and got SO EXCITED... But then I realized it definitely wasn't Shakespeare...
After returning (and lounging out in the yard in the pool and sun) we headed uptown to finish our paintings from yesterday. The teachers left for the greater part of the day to visit friends in a neighboring town, so we're currently on our own! Emma and I are going to go running, then we're having a wee "art showing" of everything we've done so far.
In other news, the Mistral has returned.
